Our commitment to an inclusive environment

At Movyon, diversity, equity and inclusion are the pillars we use to build our corporate culture. We know that talent has no boundaries and that innovation comes from sharing different ideas, experiences and perspectives. Therefore, we strive to create a corporate culture in which each person feels welcomed, valued and free to express his or her potential.

Our goal is to build a company where diversity is a strength and where everyone has equal opportunities for growth and development. We aim to a future where inclusion is the engine of creativity and growth. A working environment where differences are not only recognised, but are a resource for generating new ideas and building cutting-edge solutions. Our vision translates into a daily commitment: we work to remove barriers, overcome stereotypes and ensure equal development opportunities for all our people.

Our concrete actions

Inclusion, however, is not only built with intentions, but with concrete actions. Therefore, we have initiated training and awareness-raising courses to promote a more DE&I-aware corporate culture.

We are working towards obtaining PdR 125 Gender Equality Certification, to confirm our commitment to fair and inclusive growth. We carefully monitor equal pay and promote professional development paths based on merit and talent, ensuring equal growth opportunities for all. Furthermore, we collaborate closely with external authorities and organisations to enrich our journey and to promote full inclusion.

Our achievements and ongoing commitment

We have already achieved important milestones, such as Dyslexia Friendly Certification, which has enabled us to make our hiring processes more inclusive, and membership of the network Fondazione Libellula, that operate to tackle gender violence and promote a culture of respect. Our journey is not over: we are eager to improve, investing in more flexible policies and initiatives that make our work environment more inclusive and innovative.
