We take part in conferences and industry events

This year, we have once again supported the PoliMOVE team from the Politecnico di Milano at the Indy Autonomous Challenge during CES. Through this collaboration, we showcased how Italian innovation can compete and excel on the international stage, contributing to the advancement of autonomous mobility.

From May 26-28, we will fly to Madrid to participate in ASECAP Days, the European event dedicated to the future of mobility. At the center of the debate, innovation and sustainability for safer and more efficient infrastructures. On this occasion we will bring our contribution by presenting some of the most cutting-edge projects developed by Movyon.

This year, we once again participated in the Genova Smart Week to discuss urban innovation and Smart Cities alongside stakeholders from the sector and public institutions. On this occasion, the Mobility Lab—a collaborative innovation space dedicated to Smart Genova—was inaugurated, and Movyon presented the Intelligent Urban Mobility project, which is equipping the Ligurian capital with advanced technologies for data-driven mobility management.

From April 16th to 19th, we flew to Intertraffic Amsterdam 2024 to present our latest innovations in the fields of Autonomous Driving, Intelligent Road Lighting and Infrastructure Management. All themes are linked by the same thread: intelligent, sustainable and safe mobility.

We attendend the ASECAP Days Milano as a sponsor. On this occasion we presented the new technologies implemented by Movyon in the field of road safety and advanced traffic management, stressed the importance of a strategy for harmonising standards in mobility to bring innovation together and give infrastructure managers rapid access to new technologies.

On May 30th and 31st we were in Florence at the AIPARK Pdays: Mobility and Parking to present our solutions in the field of Smart Cities and our advanced technologies for intelligent traffic management, access, parking areas and urban toll.

At the Egypt-EU Investment Conference 2024, we strengthened our collaboration with Elsewedy Electric to carry out activities in the field of the management and maintenance of the Intelligent transport system on Egyptian highways. 

The Connected Cars and Smart Mobility market is continuously growing, and this is what we discussed during our participation at the ITS Dubai 2024. We presented the Smart Roads projects and innovations in V2X technology that enable new business models for dealerships and innovative services for travelers.

On September 25th we were guests at the event organized by Il Giornale “La Grande Milano – Dimensione Smart City” to talk about how technological innovation in urban areas is transforming not only the way of living in a city, but mobility itself.

From October 15th to 18th, we flew to Istanbul to participate at the International Road Federation World Congress 2024, a key event for the mobility and road infrastructure sector. On this occasion, we presented our projects related to Traffic Management and Sustainable Mobility.

Technological innovation plays an increasingly important role in ensuring safe and sustainable mobility. On October 17th, we attended the Como Lake Conferences 2024 – The Great Challenge to discuss how road infrastructure remains a key asset for the country’s development in the coming decades.

On October 22nd, the event “Infrastrutture Sostenibili, Green Mobility e Smart Cities” took place in Milan. It was a unique opportunity to meet industry experts and discuss Green Mobility and new sustainable models that will lead the country towards a more eco-friendly future.

From June 16th to 18th, the MIMO (Monza International Motor Show) took place at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza with a rich schedule of dynamic events and innovations: exhibition areas and test drives were held in the paddocks of the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, and on a dedicated 4km track, visitors had the opportunity to test all the available engines at MIMO. In Milan, there was an exhibition hub in Piazza Duomo, which also served as an information point for visitors and enthusiasts who wanted to learn about the program and events organized at the Temple of Speed, where they were able to watch from the grandstands and actively participate.

From June 8th to 12th, the One Ocean Week took place in Milan, an event dedicated to the ocean featuring a series of events, meetings, and educational workshops aimed at highlighting the extraordinary value of marine ecosystems and the crucial role each of us plays in their protection.

On May 24th and 25th, the XXIX National Conference of PIARC Italy took place in Rome. It was an opportunity to discuss new technologies applied to the monitoring of bridges, viaducts, and tunnels, automation and Smart roads, asset and financial management, environmental sustainability, and sustainable mobility. All these topics were linked by a common thread: road safety, efficiency, investment sustainability, and user service.

From May 22nd to 24th, the 15th edition of the ITS European Congress took place in Lisbon. We were represented by Paolo Guarnieri – Bid Management and Business Development, who delivered a speech on ‘Video tolling: improving travel experience and simplifying tolling processes’, and Lorenzo Maraia – Head of Traffic Management System, who spoke on ‘Reducing delivery chain costs’.

On April 13th, Sabino Titomanlio – Commercial Director of Movyon, discussed the strategic role of innovations in the Free Flow and Intelligent Transport System in the Chilean territory and in Latin America in general.

On February 10th Lorenzo Rossi – AD di Movyon spoke about Digital Twin, accurate and fully digital reconstruction of an asset.

On February 9th, an event promoted by the Association serving public enterprises, public communities, and citizens took place to discuss the new scenarios of smart mobility.

At CES 2023, on January 7th, the autonomous driving car race took place, won by the team supported by MOVYON: Polimove from Politecnico di Milano.

From November 25th to December 1st, Movyon participated at the Genova Smart Week, creating an opportunity for international dialogue on the development and evolution of innovative and livable cities, targeting businesses, professionals, and industry operators.

From October 2nd to 6th we were at the XXVII World Road Congress PIARC in Prague. It was a unique opportunity to meet industry experts and share innovations and experiments about the future of mobility.

This year as well, we have been sponsoring the ASECAP Days 2023, taking place in Istanbul from September 18th to 20th. It was a significant opportunity for us to showcase the technological innovations we are implementing in the field of road safety and infrastructure resilience.
