MOVYON S.p.A. provides the information regarding the processing of data of users/visitors who navigate on the website www.movyon.com (hereinafter “Website”) and interact with the web services provided, in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the current national legislation. This information relates exclusively to the aforementioned Website, with the exclusion of any other website that may be reached during navigation (e.g. via redirect links).
This extended information on the use of cookies (“Cookie Policy”) aims to explain the types and categories of cookies, the purposes and methods of use of cookies by the Controller, and to provide guidance to users/visitors on how to change settings, refuse or delete cookies on the Website.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
Cookies are pieces of code (computer files or partial data) sent by a server to the user’s Internet browser, automatically stored on the user’s device by the browser and automatically sent back to the server each time the site is accessed or subsequently accessed. A cookie usually contains the name of the website from which the cookie originates and the duration of the cookie (i.e. how long it will remain on the user’s device). On each subsequent visit, cookies are either sent back to the website that issued them (first party cookies) or to another website that recognises them (third party cookies). Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognise a user’s device and they serve a number of purposes, such as allowing you to navigate efficiently between pages, remembering your favourite sites and generally improving your browsing experience. They also help to ensure that the advertising content displayed online is better targeted to a user and their interests.

Session’ cookies are those that allow websites to link a user’s actions during a single browsing session and are deleted when the user ends the browser session. “Persistent” cookies are stored on a user’s device beyond a single browsing session, for varying periods of time, and allow the user’s preferences or actions with respect to a particular website to be stored. Through persistent cookies, users accessing the Website (or any other users using the same computer) are automatically recognised at each visit.
3. TYPES OF COOKIES USED ON THE WEBSITE
Below is detailed information about the various categories of cookies used on the Website (similar information is available in the “Review your cookie choices” section in the Website footer). In fact, the user may at any time know the list of cookies used on the Website in real time by accessing the dynamic tables below and divided by cookie category:
4. HOW YO ACCEPT, BLOCK OR DELETE COOKIES
Settings on the Website. Technical cookies are essential for the operation of the Website and, as such, are set by default with no possibility for the user to disable their use. Third Party Cookies. By clicking on “Cookie settings” in the banner that appears when you first visit the Websites and which will be shown to you again after a period of no less than six months from the previous presentation, or by accessing the “Review your cookie choices” section in the footer of the Websites, you can disable entire categories of cookies or particular cookies. If you do not wish to receive third party cookies on your device, you may also access the policies and consent forms of those third parties and opt out of receiving them.
5. DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
Please note that articles 15-22 of the GDPR give data subjects the possibility to exercise specific rights; the data subject may obtain access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, revocation of consent, as well as the portability of data concerning them from the Data Controller.
The data subject also has the right to object to the processing. In the event that the right to object is exercised, the Data Controller reserves the right to refuse to process the request, and therefore to continue processing, if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject.
